Authentic, well made Chinese cuisine with a huge menu - something for everyone. Friendly service in a clean, bright dining room. The ingredients are fresh and prepared with love and care. Highly recommended.

We have dined in and ordered takeout from Taipei Gourmet many times and their food is always consistently good. The menu is quite extensive and I wish they had pictures for their dishes or descriptions because when ordering online some of the dishes have the same name. All of the dishes we have tried have have been yummy. Our go tos are the spicy sichuan fish fillets, chicken basil's eggplant, beef chow fun, twice cooked pork belly.

Such a great, authentic Chinese food restaurant. I've ordered a few times for take out and it's always quick and consistent! The food doesn't feel as heavy or greasy as some other Chinese restaurants. Parking is abundant and ordering online or over the phone is easy!

Always a great experience here! Have been a couple times in person and also ordered takeout from there many times. Great authentic Chinese food. Super fresh. Great value for the price - large quantities but still great quality. Friendly and quick service, both in person and when ordering takeout - always ready on time, packed well, and never missing or any incorrect dishes. Some of my favorite dishes have been the spicy fish fillets, beef chow mein noodles, and the hot pot style stew with intestine (really nice flavor). Very chill indoors and a nice dining area with lots of windows. I definitely see it busy on the weekends! Taipei Gourmet has become our go-to place for takeout while living close by in Lexington.

Food is excellent, no questions. They also come considerably fast after you place an order. However, like typical other Asian establishments, they only have 1 or 2 staff for the entire restaurant so it is very slow. Dont come here hungry! You won't be happy about the service.

Good food, decent prices and good service. Went here few weeks back to meet up with friends so we were a group of 7 people. Initially we sat at one of the long tables but soon after everyone arrived they gave us one of the round tables with the lazy susan rotating center. We ordered a bunch of dishes - kung pao chicken, MaPo tofu, a lamb dish that came in a pot, beef dish, squash dish, a green leafy vegetable dish, and a couple other dishes none in total plus steamed white rice and green tea. There was a lot of food and it was all very good and tasty. Meats were tender and flavorful. We were quite satisfied and full with all the food! We also got some leftovers to bring home lol! Parking was easy as they have parking. Also was easy to find this place not too hard. Will come here again if we're in the area.

First time visiting and we had a great experience! We came on Sunday and the place was packed! Roughly a 30 min wait from when we arrived at 1:20. It smelled so good, it was hard to wait! Once we sat down we ordered the soup dumplings, shrimp dumplings, chicken & broccoli, and the fish filet with chili. Our waitress warned us the fish would be spicy and it was perfect (not too spicy for us but we do like spice). The food was super fresh and the portions were EXCELLENT. There was so much fish that between 3 people we had leftovers. The soup dumplings were good, liked the thinner dumpling skin, but not amazing. The shrimp dumplings were unfortunately a miss so I wouldn't get them again (small/lacking in flavor). The chicken with broccoli was super fresh & a nice lighter dish to have along with the fish. Service was quick and prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be back!
